Key Accomplishments:
- Successfully represented medical association in litigation against resort property for failure to maintain property at adequate quality levels, leading to breach of meeting contract.
- Negotiated substantial hotel cancellation and attrition payment reductions based upon detailed analysis of meeting contract provisions, industry practice, and application of law; resulted in savings over $100,000.
- Renegotiated multi-million dollar event contract following bankruptcy filing of restaurant, to protect client’s financial position and ensure restaurant would continue operating and successful host the event.
