- Advise on compliance with state and local innkeeper laws.
Key Accomplishments:
- Successfully fought television provider’s efforts to secure damages after owner was forced to switch cable technology due to equipment failures.
- Defended hotel owners against lawsuits alleging violations of the Americans With Disabilities Act.
- Represented many hotel owners/managers in disputes involving guests’ allegations of stolen property and illnesses caused by food or bed bugs.
